Oh man where to start. Our AC was out and the best quote I got was just crazy. We did some Google searching and great reviews led us here to Alex. I got a quote for a new outside unit that was much more doable for us and Alex explained everything to me clearly and was always just a text away. On the day he and his team worked fast and efficiently. You get it all when you work with these guys. Toss this review in the pile with the other five stars.

Alex was great to work with! He gave a great quote for a great product. They installed 4 days later. Trusted him into my house without anyone home to finish the job. Went over and beyond trimming bushes around where the outside unit went. Cleaned up when they were finished. Never would have known they were there except a quiet air conditioner unit. Alex was attentive and in constant communication with us throughout the entire process of obtaining a new AC unit. he was able to provide an in person estimate just several hours of us calling requesting a quote. his company is fairly priced and installation day was several days after quote and went smoothly. highly recommend this company

Alex from K&E A/C and Refrigeration is a true professional and a lifesaver! I had a brand-new variable AC unit installed by another company, but from day one, something wasn’t right. The unit was running for 18 hours straight, and despite coming out three times, the original installer couldn’t figure it out. He even made me change my thermostat, and when that didn’t work, he blamed it on "a very hot summer." To make matters worse, he wouldn't respond to my calls and texts to let him know that something still was not right. Then came Alex. He came to my home twice, thoroughly diagnosed the issue, and despite my system not even having the proper air handler (thanks to the original installer), he worked around it and got the unit running as efficiently as possible. His knowledge, skill, and problem-solving were unmatched. What really stood out was Alex’s follow-up. About an hour after he left my home, he texted to check how the system was performing — something the first company never even considered doing. That level of care and professionalism is rare. I’m incredibly grateful my mom’s supervisor recommended Alex and his company. Who also installed a brand new unit for.
